1315 4th Street SE, Suite 200,
Minneapolis, 55414.
Our building is located immediately west of the Post Office and across the street from the Varsity Theatre. Enter through the side entrance and proceed to the second floor.

Driving Directions
From St. Paul on I-94. Proceed west toward Minneapolis on I-94 and exit on the Huron Boulevard exit. Follow the Huron Boulevard exit North (it only goes one way). After a few blocks, turn left at the stop light at University Avenue SE. In one block, turn right at the stop light at Oak Street and the road will turn into 4th Street SE. Continue on 4th Street SE and you will eventually see a McDonald's on your right. Continue for one-and-a-half more blocks and you will see the University LifeCare Center sign on the right, between 14th and 13th Avenues SE.
OPTIONS From Minneapolis and Points South:
On I-94. Proceed east toward St. Paul on I-94 and exit on 35W North. Proceed north on 35W and exit at the 4th Street SE/ University Avenue Ramp. Turn right and continue east on University Avenue SE to 14th Avenue SE. Turn left on 14th and go one block to 4th Street SE. Turn left onto 4th Street SE. We will be on your right in the middle of the block.
On 35W. Proceed north on 35W and exit at the 4th Street SE/ University Avenue Ramp. Turn right and continue east on University Avenue SE to 14th Avenue SE. Turn left on 14th and go one block to 4th Street SE. Turn left onto 4th Street SE. We will be on your right in the middle of the block.
From Points North: Take I35W South to the University Ave/4th Street SE exit. At the top of the exit, proceed to the second stop light to University Avenue SE. Turn left and continue on University Avenue SE to 14th Avenue SE. Turn left on 14th and go one block to 4th Street SE. Turn left onto 4th Street SE. We will be on your right in the middle of the block.
