Making an Appointment The University LifeCare Center offers STI testing to women Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm.

What to Expect You will be asked to sign a consent form giving the University LifeCare Center permission to complete an intake process and collect a urine specimen for the test. An appointment and picture Id are required for STI testing.
A urine sample will be collected at the Center for testing. You should not use a tampon, douche or have intercourse (refrain from putting anything in your vagina) 48 hours prior to testing. Also, if you are menstruating at the time of your appointment, you will need to reschedule.
About the Test STI testing at the University LifeCare Center is limited to Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
You will be asked to set up a follow up appointment within a week to come back and receive your results. Treatment is available through the University LifeCare Center.
*Client must be a minimum of 16 years of age. **Client should not douche, have intercourse, or be menstrating within 48hours of their appointment.
